What do we do?

We believe that architecture, business and investments have to go hand in hand, to achieve optimal results that fully satisfy the client, while at the same time adding value to society. With this aim, asymetric is founded, establishing a bond between Switzerland and Spain, that will merge knowledge and cultural expressions of both countries

Design and architecture
We love to start working from the early stages of the project, developing the initial ideas together with the client, with the aim of achieving the desired space for each person based on their needs.

We work from small-scale projects, such as renovations or single-family homes, to complex buildings, coordinating large teams of specialists and having special emphasis on maintaining the essence of the project from start to finish.

Starting with sketches on a napkin and ending with complex 3D-Bim modeling designs, we ensure all facets of a building are taken into account.

Project management
As project managers, we take care of the whole management, coordinating all the agents that intervine in the development of the design, the construction phase and the start up of the building.

A fundamental part of our responsibilities is to make sure, that deadlines, costs and quality are always kept within the standards required by the client, for which we carry out an exhaustive monitoring during all phases of the project.

Construction management
We help the client from the beginning of the construction site to his enclosure, coordinating the construction company, to facilitate a smooth transition from design to execution.

Consulting and feasibility studies
Together with our team of specialists, we accompany the client through the process of developing their idea. We do establish all initial steps that needs to be accomplished, as clarifing administrative issues, checking on the feasability of the investment and developing innovativ technical solutions, to let the concept of the project grow and become reality.
